The Local No. 1 Annuity and 401(k) Plan is a defined contribution profit sharing plan with a tax deferred savings, 401(k), option covering eligible members of the Elevator Constructors Union Local No. 1 of New York City and Vicinity.  The Plan was formed in 1966 pursuant to an Agreement and Declaration of Trust between the Elevator Constructors Union Local No. 1 of New York City and Vicinity and the Elevator Manufacturers Association of New York, Inc.  The Plan was amended and restated effective January 1, 2001.  The Plan is administered by a Board of Trustees and is subject to the provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), as amended, and other applicable laws. 

Included in the Documents section you will find the Summary Plan Description, which describes the major provisions of the Plan.
